How we work
Initial meeting with the prospective client, ideally at client‘s home or at site (meeting in showroom if not possible), discussion around the project and client brief. Learn about lifestyle, tastes and aspirations. Gain an understanding of outlined budgets and timescales.
In response to the above we would create a conceptual design scheme, suggesting any proposed structural alterations and prepare room and furniture layouts. We would demonstrate colours, finishes to walls, windows and floors through the medium of mood boards or electronic presentations.
Once concepts and budgets are agreed we move to detailed designs and specification.
Based on decisions reached above costings are produced and presented.
The project can then be progressed as below:
On a supply only basis, where products are supplied at an agreed cost with no project management involved.
If clients or client‘s own contractors wish to discuss any aspect of the project with one of our designers this service can be facilitated through meetings, telephone calls or by email.
This service would incur an hourly charge.
On a full supply and project management basis. A programme is agreed with the client and is managed and monitored regularly on site. Any snagging issues are addressed and resolved timeously.
STYLING AND HANDOVER
The site is cleaned and furniture, soft furnishings and accessories are delivered and positioned, together with any existing treasured pieces, to reflect personal tastes.
